This is a fully automated bead production device that performs everything from weighing the sample, flux (flux agent), and release agent, to bead creation, pouring into molds, and cleaning and drying of platinum crucibles. By providing separate crucibles for melting and casting dishes for creating analytical surfaces, the frequency of re-casting platinum products (i.e., running costs) is significantly reduced. Data remains in the control PC, allowing for verification of the preparation history of each sample. It is also possible to connect fully automatically with pneumatic transport systems for sample transport from the site, X-ray fluorescence analysis devices, and handling robots.

This is a semi-automatic glass bead device that can set up to 16 platinum crucibles containing weighed samples and automatically perform melting and casting processes. Once the crucibles are set, no further work is required until all beads are completed. By providing separate crucibles for melting and casting dishes for creating analytical surfaces, the frequency of remelting platinum products (i.e., running costs) is significantly reduced. Data is retained within the control PC, allowing for verification of the preparation history of each sample. It is also possible to connect fully automatically with a fluorescent X-ray analysis device.

Resistance Heating Furnace Type Glass Bead Device BeadOneR

"BeadOneR" is a glass bead production device that employs a temperature-stable electric furnace using a melting method, eliminating the need for utilities other than the power supply (such as compressed air and cooling water). By heating and stirring pre-weighed samples, flux, and release agents in a platinum crucible, and then transferring them to a platinum casting dish after degassing, it is possible to safely and automatically produce excellent glass beads with a flat surface condition.
